Our Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and Insights programme is designed to groom recent graduates to meet the growing demand for data analysts across the industries to address marketing-related issues – predicting demand and trend, understanding consumer preferences and behavioural patterns, creating new product concepts and developing product portfolios, making pricing and promotions decisions, and formulating distribution networks. Disruptive innovations bring significant challenges to traditional and existing businesses, creating opportunities for growth and expansion. Our curriculum is rooted in a solid theoretical foundation and complemented with experiential learning to connect you seamlessly with business practices for the future economy.
Our MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights programme is delivered intensively over 12 to 15 months in a three-semester structure consisting of core and elective modules, as well as a credit-bearing Marketing Analytics Project (MAP) or internship. You are expected to complete 40 Modular Credits (MCs) to graduate. There is no further specialisation offered in the programme.
To graduate from our NUS MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights programme, you must complete the programme requirements and achieve a Cumulative Average Point (CAP) of at least 3.0 (out of 5.0).
To stay and complete the programme, you must maintain a CAP of at least 3.0. In the event that you are unable to maintain a CAP of 3.0 and above, the following scenarios may occur:
- If your CAP is less than 3.0 but more than 2.5, you will receive an initial warning. This will lead to dismissal from the programme should your CAP remain below 3.0 for the third consecutive semester.
- If your CAP is 2.5 or below for two consecutive semesters, you will automatically be dropped from the programme.
A good Bachelor’s degree in Business or a business-related discipline.
Applicants in the process of earning a degree and are about to graduate are welcome to apply.

CEMS Language Requirements
Besides good oral and written skills in English, applicants for the double-master degree programme with CEMS must be proficient in at least one other CEMS language.
Although GMAT is not mandatory, a good GMAT score will strengthen your application. Candidates with good GMAT scores will be considered favourably for study awards, and also stand a higher chance in getting their preferred placement in CEMS host schools for the double degree programme.
We do not require you to have work experience for admission into the programme. Applicants with some postgraduate work experience are also welcome to apply.
