Training Vision Institute (TVI) is a leading adult education and consultancy organisation based in Singapore. Founded in 1991, our approach is based on maximising every individual’s full potential through applied knowledge, best practices and innovative mind-sets.
We operate five training centres island-wide to help in our mission of making training and education accessible to all.
As a SkillsFuture Singapore accredited Approved Training Organisation for Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) and Executive Development & Growth for Excellence (EDGE), thousands of adult learners have benefitted by enhancing their professional development and skills with us.
Our workforce development programmes are modular, stackable learning pathways. These range from short soft-skills workshops to workplace literacy and digital skills courses. Meanwhile our professional diplomas, bachelor degrees and executive education programmes operate in partnership with internationally-renowned universities.
Our Singapore Quality Class (Innovation) status accorded by Enterprise Singapore, and Edutrust accreditation by the Committee of Private Education (CPE) are strong testimonials of TVI’s commitment to being at the forefront of lifelong learning.
We also offer consultancy services in organisational development to corporate clients. Our experts design and deliver grounded, innovative and researched based solutions to bring about culture change and business impact. We have worked with clients such as the World Bank, Baxter Healthcare, Hewlett Packard, Dell, F&N, Philips, Yokogawa, Stats, ChipPAC, Parkway Health, MediaCorp and Singapore Press Holdings.
Following our success in Singapore, TVI is now growing overseas with established offices and joint-ventures in Vietnam and India.
